Salt and Pepper Cooking Classes a Hit at White Flint Mall

Home Cooks Brian Reeve and Chef "Tee" Terrell Danley showed everyone how to whip up great, no fuss foods for the big game.

The guys educated, entertained and gave out samples of the following dishes:

 *   Brian's Cheer-rific Chili! -- Brian spices things up with his version of this hearty one-pot classic.

 *   Chef Tee's Poppin' Potato Skins --  Chef Tee works his magic by sprucing up baked potatoes with Brian's Cheer-rific Chilli.

 *   Chef Tee's Flaming Hot Wings -- Chef Tee puts his spin on America's most popular Super Bowl dish.

 *   Brian's Easy Guacamole -- This is so easy and good that you'll make it for every party.

"I thoroughly enjoyed the cooking class on January 30.  It was very informative and interactive. The tips were so valuable...it would be worth attending a class or buying a book with just the tips!!! The food was delicious..overall great fun!! Cannot wait until the next class.  My daughter and I both learned a lot,” said Jackie Barnes-Newsome.

"Chef Tee and Brian share an engaging and entertaining cooking class. All questions are welcomed from class participants. Recipes are provided and are spiced up with cooking tips and hints along the way. The enthusiasm and excitement they have for cooking is inspiring. I am looking forward to the next class and to spicing up my own cooking with Salt & Pepper,” said Paul Popernack .

*The next Salt & Pepper class is on March 26, 2011, at Tysons Corner Center in McLean, VA.  More details coming soon!
